Here at ID Physio we recognise you coming to us can be difficult, so we come to you. We will visit you in the comfort of your own home or in a care home environment.

We will assess you first of all to determine any specific individual needs and what course of Physiotherapy treatment is needed, and then provide you with a plan to follow that will include us coming to see you on a regular basis for a set period of time and exercises you will need to do as part of our program to achieve your goals.
